20 YEARS ON: Wales Air Ambulance have had quite journey over the last 20 years
As schools will reopen on 8th March, which for some children may be the first time they've been back at school for just under a year.
Whilst this may incite joy from parents all over the nation, online tutoring platform MyTutor wanted to take a look at how exactly Brits set up their homes as best as they could for the prolonged home-schooling of their children in a UK-first study.
The research indicated that the way parents deemed best to facilitate learning differed vastly from household to household. Over a quarter of children were working from a hand held device as they didn't have access to laptops or PCs.
Whilst 57% said that their child had a set place and desk for home-schooling to emulate a classroom environment and 58% of children worked in silence, 46% stated their child was set up on a sofa or wherever they felt most comfortable to learn from home. The data also found that 48% of parents had all of their children home-schooling together, despite working from different curriculums.
