KILLING EVE: Popular Show to End After Fourth Series

Hit BBC show, Killing Eve is to end after its fourth series, but fear not! Several spin-offs are in the works...

The cat-and-mouse thriller, which stars Jodie Comer and Sandra Oh, is set to start filming season four in the UK and across Europe early this summer and the eight-episode run will premiere in 2022.

The third season of the Sid Gentle-produced drama premiered in April 2020 and Covid-19 has delayed production of the show that was originally adapted for television by Phoebe Waller-Bridge.

Sex Education’s Laura Neal is lead writer exec producer of the fourth season, which is also exec produced by Waller-Bridge, Oh, Sally Woodward Gentle, Lee Morris, Gina Mingacci and Damon Thomas.

In Killing Eve, Comer stars as psychopathic assassin Villanelle, who is being chased obsessed by Oh’s British intelligence investigator Eve Polastri. Fiona Shaw plays Carolyn Martens, head of the Russia Section at MI6.

You can catch all three series of Killing Eve NOW on BBC iPlayer
