SPRING CLEAN: Digital declutter as the outside world opens up
Does your phone spark joy? Decluttering expert Sue Spencer who trained with Marie Kondo chats bout the importance of a digital declutter as the outside world opens back up again.
Over the last 12 months there has been a massive increase in digital clutter. The average UK worker has five internet tabs open at any one time, with 10% having between 9-11.
An additional 24% haven’t emptied their internet cache in the past year while 15% haven’t cleared their browsing history or removed old apps or files that they no longer use (16%).
Having too much ‘junk’ on our devices can negatively impact on the performance of our devices and that can have wider more serious implications such as security issues with more than half (55%) admitting it affects our mental well-being.
